Shipping policy

Shipment processing time:

Please allow 1-3 business days for our small team to process orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Due to Covid-19 shipping times may be delayed. We thank you for patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages:

Wild Lily Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Customer pays Duty, Taxes, and/or any Import Fee's 

We currently offer worldwide shipping. However, we DO NOT offer dynamic international shipping rates, which means customers are responsible to pay for additional charges by the destination country. Customs charges may include, but are not limited to: duties, taxes, and any import fees. You will be responsible for duty and taxes for international shipping upon arrival.
