I'm Liliana, founder of Wild Lily Organics. My mission is to help women reconnect with the beauty of the sacred Goddess within each of us. This Dec 12th I'm going to host an outdoor workshop in nature, that will detail how to do that with ancient beauty practices and sacred beauty rituals.
This Workshop is perfect for anyone new to Facial Gua Sha & Facial Reflexology or curious about it. Also for those wanting to connect with other women on the same journey to self-love and self-healing and wanting to be part of a sacred community.
Those experienced will also benefit from this Workshop, it will correct common mistakes so you can ensure to accomplish the best possible results.
You’ll learn the ideal pressure, posture, angle of the tool, and each step of the Facial Gua Sha Ritual that I teach in my 1:1 and online workshops.
• Learn how to sculpt facial contours by undoing old expression patterns, moving lymph, and encouraging myofascial release.
• We will explore on how to give and receive Facial Reflexology on each other to promote balance and healing in the female reproductive system from other fellow Goddesses. A beautiful experience that will leave you feeling calm and relaxed.
• You will be guided on a light meditation and breath work to set the intentions for the practice and a self-love ritual.

Q: What oil do you recommend?
A: The Goddess Oil Is for more dry/normal skin, the Gentle is for all skin types.
Q: Is it safe to do Gua Sha everyday?
A: Yes! Absolutely. It’s safe to do twice a day. As long as you are drinking plenty of water afterwards.
Q: How often should I massage my face?
A: Safe to massage daily. But 2-3 days a week is enough.

Q: What can I use to help get rid of fine lines?
A: I have several videos on my reels, IGTV, and Highlights. If you would like a 1-on-1 class I offer virtual Classes where I go more in depth to ensure proper use for best results.
Q: Can I do Facial Gua Sha / Reflexology while pregnant?
A: Yes, as long as you avoid the upper lip and top of shoulders.
Q: Can I do Facial Reflexology everyday?
A: Yes, but its suggested to take 7-14 days rest
Q: What age is it recommended to start doing Facial Gua Sha/Massages?
A: It's typically recommended to start in your late 20's. Listen to your body and do what feels good for you. It never too early or late to start!
